1. These Terms and Conditions for Online Sales apply to all purchase you place on https://plea.my (hereinafter referred to as "Website")
2. These Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively. We do not accept any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions.
3. Order process and conclusion of sale.
   1. The product presentation on our Website does not represent an offer but shall be understood as a non-binding invitation for the customer to submit an order.
   2. By clicking the "Confirm Order" button, you send us a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase of the product regarding the device PLEA in your shopping cart (hereinafter referred to as "Order").
   3. PLEA SDN BHD may, at its discretion, accept or reject the Order. PLEA SDN BHD will accept your Order by sending an order confirmation or simply by delivering the product to you.
4. Price, delivery costs and tax.
   1. All prices quoted on our Website are in RM nett, inclusive of tax and delivery charges will be shown.
   2. If you are a customer residing outside Malaysia any additional custom taxes, duties, fees, imposts, tariffs and charges that may be raised by particular countries or authorities related to the conclusion or execution of your Order shall be borne by you.

In the event PLEA SDN BHD is required to pay such charges to any authority, you shall indemnify and hold harmless PLEA SDN BHD for any such payments.

5. Payment conditions
   1. You can select one of the payments methods described on the Website. PLEA SDN BHD reserves the right to exclude or include particular payment methods at any time.
   2. In case of payment by credit card, PayPal or so forth, your payment will be executed by our payment service provider Razer Merchant Services using their secure infrastructure. Razer Merchant Services reserves the right to decline the processing of payments in cases of suspected fraud or other irregularity.
   3. Our acceptance of your Order will be subject to receipt of your payment.
6. Delivery
   1. PLEA SDN BHD through its delivery partner Easy Parcel will deliver to the address indicated in your Order. Time for delivery shall be prolonged by reasonable periods in case of force majeure or other events for which PLEA SDN BHD is not responsible, such as disruptions in operations, strikes, authority measures, or troubles with telecommunications.
7. Your contact information for issuing the invoice.
   1. You are responsible for keeping this information correct, confidential, and up to date.
   2. By completing the details at website, you ensure and take full responsibility that the entered data truly identifies you as a natural person. If you place an Order on behalf of an organization, you ensure that you have the authority to do so.
   3. PLEA SDN BHD is not liable for any consequences that may result from incorrect, incomplete, or false information you have entered or from data you have changed subsequently to your Order.
   4. In case of online payments, you are required to enter your payment details. Online payment information related to your Order is processed by Razer payment service provider Razer Merchant Services. PLEA SDN BHD does not receive detailed information (such as your credit card number) from transactions but instead receives information about whether the payment has been performed successfully or not.
   5. By placing your Order, you agree that your contact and payment information may be used to process your payment and to execute your Order.
8. Data protection
   1. (i) PLEA SDN BHD shall comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ( ACT 709)and take all reasonable measures to keep your personal information confidential and secure.

PLEA SDN BHD will disclose your personal information to third parties only to the extent necessary to process your payment, to enforce and fulfill the purchase agreement, to comply with legal and administrative obligations, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to the use of the PLEA device.
   2. PLEA SDN BHD will not disclose your personal information to any third parties for marketing and advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
10. Liability
    1. Unless PLEA SDN BHD is proven to have defaulted intentionally or through gross negligence, claims for damages or the rescission of the contract on grounds of late delivery is excluded.
    2. PLEA SDN BHD total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms And Conditions is limited to the purchase price of the device PLEA.
11. Miscellaneous
    1. PLEA SDN BHD may assign, transfer or otherwise dispose its rights and obligations under the purchase agreement with you, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you. You may not assign the purchase agreement or transfer any rights hereunder.
    2. PLEA SDN BHD reserves the right to amend these Terms And Conditions without prior written notification. Changes shall apply to your existing purchase agreements only.

1. Product warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly completed, and upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice indicating the date of purchase, model and serial number of the product. We reserve the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.
3. Our obligations are limited to repair of the defect or replacement the defective part or at its discretion replacement of the product itself.
4. Warranty repairs must be carried out by our Authorized Service Centre. Warranty cover will be void if a repair has been attempted by any unauthorized service centre or person.
5. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of warranty period.
6. The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship.

1. Item sold can only be exchange one for one should the item satisfy our company terms and conditions on Product Warranty Item returned cannot be exchange for cash.

1. Cost of return of item will be borne by Customer. If item satisfy terms and conditions as stipulated on Product Warranty, the cost will be reimbursed by company.
